Only on very busy places, as the crafting area in Neriak, I have switch down to balanced graphics... but from the moment I have this computer (my connection was already good) I most certainly never died to lag.Femke.

Saihung23 wrote:

EQ2 is a great game.

IMO, it's the best currently available, overall. It's not "perfect", but no game is, & EQ2 is closer to being so than anything else I've seen.

I have to agree I'm very happy with the state of the game for the most part after coming back from my Vanguard hiatus(travesty). But that may just be because Vanguard is in such incomplete shape that it makes EQ2 seem better.

I just wanted to jump in here..I am new, but have always tried the demo's in the past since the first trial of the isle..Just this year, I upgraded my system to an 8800GTS, and have had a chance to play longer...played 6 days of the demo. I bought the all in one package...lol!Your right, they have polished this game, and it has really come around...and the fact that there is SOO much to do, and not just the usual MMO fare (kill ten rats...even tho that is there also)...I am glad I kept trying...I am an older casual player, and don't have a lot of time...the fact that there really is so much solo content helps me...but grouping is there if needed.Cheers to all
