Hey all, I've been scouring the forums and talking to people trying to find out some more info on the changes effecting +to heals effects (healing pulse), but have been unable to find any information regarding this. Specifically, here's the message from the test update notes:

+damage and +heal items have been changed. Instead of normalizing by casting time you will get the full benefit on non aoe spells if the casting time is greater than .5 seconds and the reuse time is greater than 2 seconds. AoE spells gain 1/3 of the amount per target as do triggered reactive spells. Lifetaps continue to function the same. Also, damage is applied up front based on the amount of damage/healing the spell will do over time. Combat art damage has also been added to the system and the Bruiser Brutality line will buff this raid wide.

It gives a lot of details about the +damage changes, but hardly anything about +heals. Specifically, I am curious how this will effect cleric reactive heals, and druid regen heals. Currently, on reactive heals, it will take your total +heals, and divide by the number of 'ticks' the reactive spell does, and that is how much added healage there is on each reactive heal tick.

What I'm wondering, is will every reactive heal get your full +heals bonus (which would be a significant boost), or is it only the first 'tick' that gets the bonus and the rest get no bonus (which would be terrible, seriously really awful), or will reactives stay the same way with getting divided by total ticks (no change).

Anyone been testing this, or could any dev respond? I don't make new posts often, but I can't find any info at all about the changes to +heals anywhere, and I have searched a lot. I know there will be many interested clerics/druids if reactives/regens are changing.

Thanks for any informed responses, I'd appreciate it.
