High elf SK?

<p>I thought any race can be any class?</p><p> How come I can't select my high elf as SK now?</p><p> Did they change the game?</p>

You can't start as a Shadow Knight if you pick a "good" race. Instead you have to start as a Paladin and then betray to either Freeport or Neriak.

<p>Just dont upgrade your spells too much before you betray or gear up on Paladin only items, because it will go poof when you betray.</p>

The longest part is gaining faction, you have to go from -50,000 to  possitive 10,000. And the most any of these quest are worth is 5,000 sp, so you will need to do them atleast 12 times. Bacily betral has 3 steps, the betayl quest, the faction quest, and finally the citizenship quest.

Bacily betral has 3 steps, the betayl quest, the faction quest, and finally the citizenship quest.</blockquote>Actually I found the citizenship quests to be the hardest of them all.  I did this at 70, so it may change.  But there is a quest for 5,000, that has you run into a "meeting", steal a key from a guy, unlock the upstairs, and switch the notes on the podium, without killing to many.  easiest quest there was.  just run in, grab the key, unlock the door and click on the podium.  Don't even worry about aggro just let them beat on ya.  took 20 seconds inside NQ, sneak out the gate, and the quest giver is right there, rinse and repeat, had my 10,000 in 5 minutes.

Actually I tend to find the faction from betraying Qeynos to Freeport to being the easiest part of the Betrayal quest.  I usually have the faction done in about 1 to 1.5 hours.  I also have a system worked out for helping people do their faction quests.
