Lost Guild Level

the guild I am in "Phyxius", was a level 22  (reach 8/22/07) guild, even<a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/guilds/guild_profile.vm?guildId=2646104" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> players</a> says we are 22 ( a couple days ago, now the guild window says it is lvl 20. We are a small guild and have worked very hard to get to that point. Any ideas?

not sure if that is still the case or was changed somewhen, but could it be someone quit the guild (even if it was only for a short time), and the guild lost levels as his points where lost due to this?

There won't be anything that support can provide for you here. Your Guild Leader will need to contact them directly, chat support seems to be the quickest option.Also, when someone leaves your guild their points remain with the guild. A guild should never lose points for someone leaving, usually for server rollbacks only.
