User Interface GONE?!

EQ2 Crashed, I rebooted my PC, logged back on and now my User Interface is gone and reset back to level 1 default with one hotbar. HOW IN THE HECK DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN? God this software is garbage. Now I get to spend the next hour totaly rebuilding my UI. Who's to say it won't happen again? Has this happened to anyone else? Does EQ2 load the UI file into memory so that if the game crashes you lose your UI? What crap.

This hasnt ever happened to me...If you want to make sure that in case it happens in the future, there is a file somewhere in your eq2 files that you can copy to save a copy of it...Heck I still have ui files from characters i deleted in the past that I can choose from when i make new characters.So my ui is fine...The only things I can think of are that somehow your ui settings got deleted, you chose a different ui on accident, or you pressed the reset ui button on accident.

On that note, anyone know what the UI file is called so I can back it up?
