View Full Version : Stifle and daze?
The <a href="http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/ability.html?eq2ability=3316" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Silvani Form (Fae Only)</a> movement speed buff illusion says it Dazes and Stifles caster. What does that mean?

Stifle = can't cast spells/use combat artsDaze = can't use autoattack (I think)Basically, Silvani Form is for traveling, not for combat <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />.

If a templar were to cast his Daze on a mob, and an enchanter were to cast his Stifle on same mob at the same time, the mob would be rendered harmless because it couldn't autoattack (dazed) nor cast spells or combat arts (stifled). For all practical purposes one could say the mob is stunned, except that the mob can move, just like a Fae in Silvani form.
