<p>what level do you have to be to get him to make it for you? 68? my coercer is 67 and i have the neccessary components to make coercer cuffs, but he doesnt give me the option to have it made - only to tell me what i need..</p><p>the only topics i have been able to find on the subject say 65+..</p><p>thanks</p>
