Lost mail is back again, thanks SOE.

About 24hrs I mailed around 50platinum to one of my Alt characters. Thanks to the server crash that not seams to save that info I dont have 50p and the mail is lost. YES I have /petition, Waiting for GM it says. What do I do? Allrdy have little playtime as it is.Whould be nice with help here.

This doesn't make any sense to me, doesn't SOE have some foolproof system which keeps track of every piece of in game loot / coin? Won't you just be able to petition and get it back?
