You might be wishing to try the tech support forum.Let me hazard a guess however (feel free to flame on if I'm talking hogwash). You're running Vista. Vista has a mechanism to allow graphics drivers to use main memory in addition to GFX card memory. This puts the GFX card into direct competition with games for main system RAM. A game with lots of memory usage (EQ2!) and large texture memory requirements of the GFX card (EQ2 in any kind of detail) can cause Vista to flag an out of memory error. I believe MS are aware of the problem but I couldn't speculate on when they plan to issue a patch.BillG: "No-one will ever need more than 640k of memory"Empirical observation: Vista requires 1GB+ to run even remotely responsivelyLogical conclusion: No-one will ever need Vista <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" />Ok, I know it could work for just about any version of Windows but Vista really is a train wreck of epic proportions <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" />[Edit: When I started this reply, this thread was in Gameplay......]
