Edit * trading game *  Ack Is LON trading garm confusing you?  [Removed for Content] what is a garm... oops! I strongly suggest you play the tutorial straight through.  Yes, it is a pain.... a lot of people never read instructions and just jump in ( present company included <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" /> ).   I tried to jump right in and had no clue how to play, I was looking forward to the game and thought, wow this is going to flop big time as I thought it was overly complicated. Trust me, after you do the tutorial, the game is quite easy to understand and I am looking forward to mastering a lot of the game mechanics.  This could explode if done right and a few game tweaks are added.  One thing I would love to see is a bazaar for trading the cards.  Like you could put up an auction trading a mount... and ask for specific cards.   Anyways, it looks a little in the starting stages... but that is probably good until people get accustomed to the game.  A thousand cards to choose from could be overwhelming for many.   I keep lookign at wow wishing that eq had the battlefronts, or arena tournaments that meant something... but this is a good start! Hope the game evolves into something big where if you are good you could go far in tournaments that meant something <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" />  ( prizes, bragging rights etc <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" /> ) Can't wait, just hope they really run with this concept!

I agree. Go through the tutorial completely and it does help. It's a very complicated game but it's fun to learn and the cards are fun too.

I did the tutorial and I'm still lost. Then again, I never understood Magic: The Gathering either.

I tried the tutorial, but it baffled me.  Then again I don't really care about TCG's so I fully plan on selling any loot cards for as much PP as I can rip people off of.

The tutorial is alright but I picked the game up pretty quick once I started the scenarios

I haven't treid it myself, but there is a whole thread about it going on another site I visit regularly. The majority are kinda confused. Some are getting the hang of things in a general way....but are still baffled occasionally why some things are happening, and find a good amount of situations Counter-Intuitive. They all did the tutorials. I'll give it a shot eventually though and see for myself.

I think I got most confused playing the tutorial...but then once I went through it twice, and played some scenarios, it was a blast!
