So I understand no new classes for ROK. Please don't turn this into a "Bring or Not to Bring Beastlord" back discussion. Just wondering what classes will be available in ROK? No SK/Pally/Nec/Coj/Temp/Inq/Ranger/Assassin? What else won't be available? or will all classes be available?

Any Class.... your only limits are good vs evil.Expansions do not lock you out of old races or old classes.P.S. The beastlord had nothing to do with ROK... it was a luclin addition... not sure why people keep attaching the 2 together.... RoK in EQ1 added Iksar... no classes... it added epic weaps and class armor on a scale that EQ1 hadn't seen in the past (the quested stuff didn't have effects)... but it had nothing to do with Beastlord.

Let me clarify - I was asking about the new city, ie Nuetral races only. So obviously it is not Any Race, therefor I am wondering if it is Any Class?

BTW - I have played the game since it came out, but did not play EQ1 so may not have some of the background that you are refering to.

At the present time, they seem to be fixated on making these neutral races only play as evil classes.

well, considering the type of environment Kunark was in the past, and most likely still is, i can understand them gravitating towards evil classes, Kunark is a continent forged from years and years of War, in order to survive in such environments, you do whatever you have to. Generally speaking, whats "right" is usually overlooked by whats "considered necessary" now... just because a city is created based on whats "necessary" does not mean that once established and maybe smoothed out a bit wont eventually lean towards whats "right." however, i dont see how this could be done on a pvp server, unless they split the city down the middle, much like Freeport was in eq1 (WFP Militia - Bad, NFP Paladins - Good, Underground - Bad/Rogue)... however looking at this possibility in eq2 it could be (West - Bad, East - Good, Underground - Exile)

thanks Cus and Ray. I know have 3 months to drool over what "Evil" class I want to play. I am sure I will change my mind 30 seconds after launch, but at least it gives me something to do when I am not logged in.
