Ok, I have a thread going in the zerker forums, but I think I want opinions from each specific group Im considering for a leveling partner.

**This thread will be posted in the Mystic, Fury, Inquisitor, Warden, and Dirge forums**

Key considerations:

-My Zerker is currently only 15, but I'm looking for a long term benefit. Just because 1 class will be excellent arond my current level doesnt mean it will be as effective when I hit 50, or 60, or higher.

-90% of my attention will be focused on the Zerker in most cases. A macro to /follow [Zerker], /assist [Zerker] and /target [Zerker] will be necessary, along with a couple heals/HoT's/Wards/etc. If the best duo with a zerker requires more effort than blindly pressing the 1-5 buttons ([Macro] [Macro] [Heal] [Heal] [Damage]), then its no good for me.

-Buffs are as important as heals. At this point at least, my zerker can chain whites and hardly have to rest. This may change as I progress, but I have never had a character past lvl 27, and that was 3 years ago.

Ty for your time and your suggestions.

I've never tried two boxing, but I would think that it would be relatively easy on a mystic - melee spec it with AAs and just autoattack and throw wards as needed. Mystic buff for strength and stamina and agility and health and power which are all pretty useful for a berserker and can add some dps through autoattacks (100% critical hit rate can be quite effective). With wards you can heal when you want to heal, rather than when you need to heal (important for two-boxing I would think) - ward and debuff from mystic then switch back to zerker.Mystics debuff for stamina, dps and attack speed primarily.

Just a warning: Berserkers tend to be a little... healing intensive. If you were a bruiser/monk, mystic/defiler would work much better. But as a berserker, you may prefer a class that is more powerful on the restoring health side of things, rather than preventing damage.

Yeah, warden or fury might serve you better

I love my mystic. IMHO, with the debuffs that makes her almost not n eeding to heal, its the best healer class out there. But to be 100% efficient I need to keep an eye on debuffs/wards and apply them at the appropriate moment. When I 2-box, mosty with a swashie and guardian as partner, I find her less than perfect since it takes some concentration to keep top efficiency. All to often I find my wards running out, both for time and for ward amount, an d I find myself in need of using ordinary heals. S o a lot of my time is spent recuperating power. So I rolled a warden to use as healer while 2-boxing my swashie/guardian and found that it made it much easier since I easily could hit the HoT-macro as soon as I saw the health go down enough. My guess is that if I wanted to 2-box with a squishy, my mystic would be very nice (preward and the goon is hopefully down before the ward is used up) but for 2-boxing healer and a scout/fighter, IMHO, a warden or fury will work better.I have never tried a temp/inq in 2-boxing so I really have no opinion about their eff icience.

only prob with mystic is tehe SLOW cast times of wards and the fact you have to cast several spells to get all debuffs out --> even more time spentthe debuffs are nice, but... i usually dont bother to use em in solo (even against heroics) apart from the start of the fight which i usually start with the best debuff to pull the mob(s)also in 2-box, the less you will have to do with your support char, the better, hence... wouldnt vote mystic as the best choice. Althou, the + STR/STA buffs etc. do compliment melee classes pretty nicely.++Xan
