Servers are dropping buffs and all quest updates on zoning. That is a major exploit in of itself, as you can complete a quest zone, and zone back and do it again and get the reward again.What is a more serious exploit is that lockout timers are ALSO not persisting -- meaning you can do instances over and over again.((I think the servers need to be brought down and this issue fixed asap... and then rolled back until this morning's patch, when I believe things went bad)).
