This happens when I try to zone to Blumble's Halfling Hole in the Thundering Steppes. It crashes the client and gives a pop up in Windows with this message. I ran a full scan as the message suggests but it doesn't find any problems. I've reported 3 times in game with no response. Gone to the support website and get nothing but Tomcat errors. Attemped to use Support Chat but even though it was 8:00am PDT and it says that it's available 7:00am to 7:00pm PDT it tells me that it's not open. I see Sony support hasn't changed since EQ. Anyone have any suggestions?

I also had tomcat issues until I went to http://station.sony.com and went into support via clicking rather than a saved url. Note that their support url changed from http://station.sony.com/support to http://station.sony.com/en/support (and I assume others for other languages) VERY recently; say in the last week.Give that click-in routine a go for support. In the meantime, I'm fighting issues of my own with missing geometry that I fall through. The only thing I can even remotely suggest is moving your EverQuest2.exe file and letting it re-download via the patcher. Otherwise, perhaps a little intelligent moving/redownloading of Thundering Steppes files in the paks folder might help.Good luck!

Well, I was finally able to get on the support website and submitted the problem. Got a response via email that the problem was temporary and it was now fixed. It said that if I was still having the problem to reply back, which I did because I'm still having the problem. Then I got an email that they don't accept replies and to go to the support center to update my incident. I log in to the support center and they've already removed the incident.
