Character Transfer System not up?

I've just returned to EQ2 and my friend is on another server.  But under Character Services I'm getting an error from the button for Character Transfer.  Is it down at the moment?  Or do I need to call support?

After reading through some of the posts, I realize I need to do some things before i could transfer my character.  However, I got a message stating the service was currently unavailable.  Any timeframe on when to expect it be back up?Thank you

The character transfer is currently working.  I'd also like to point out the time and date on the thread you responded too as reference for this issue.I do need to lock this thread though <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
