I don't like warriors, I think they're really boring. I was looking at sk/lock/lock/lock/lock/fury. would this perform well? I just want to farm alot of plat and PL characters. I'm not a chinese bot/plat farmer if thats what you think. though I'm interested in making some money (i play on bazaar) while having fun at the same time. I have several computers and want to play with a few friends.thanks.feel free to flame~ <3
<p>I dont see much point in a tank in that configuration. He'll never be able to hold aggro. And SK's dont have enough mit anyway. Normally, such a group would use a berserker, not that he would be able to hold aggro either. You have the right healing class though.</p><p>Presuming Apoc's can stack, I would stroll up to whatever group youre farming and land one catalyst'd apoc after another. I dont imagine the mobs could take that kind of beating for long. I'm not sure I'd even bother to root them. </p>

Depends on what you're farming. If its treasured stuff, yeah go with all warlocks; there's better classes to AE with, but none have the slow-casting times like we do. (Which is a benefit when multiboxing) I would recommend a shaman instead of a fury because shaman are easy to multibox, what with prewards and slow, big heals. Going 4 warlock 1 defiler (because they AE debuff noxious, but mystics are good too) 1 fury isn't a bad idea either; you'll have enough dps to mow down anything with 2 warlocks; any extra is just pudding. But if you want to farmed named, then 4 wizard 1 paladin 1 fury is the way to go. There's a reason why all the plat farmers go wizard. =)Paladin is the only tank that can hold AE aggro against sorcerers.

In general, the damage portion of all DoTs stack against a mob; but the debuff portions do not.

interesting, paladin, really? Never really gave that one a thought. how come they can hold aggro so well compared to other tanks? I only threw SK out there because it was a class that really appealed to me.I'm interested in farming a little bit of everything, Which is why I kinda wanted a tank. Was thinking about throwing in a scout too for tracking, but I'm not sure which. Brigs are great for the debuffs and what not, but what about troubadors? I was thinking having the power regen would be a godsend.Reason I mentioned fury was because of the int buffs and more dps basically, but Defiler seems like a good choice at adding more survivability to the group. I'm not to fond of druid healing on tough named, but thats my personal preference.

btw thanks for the advice, much appreciated. normally if I posted things like this I get accused of being a plat farmer, or botter and basically told I should burn in hell. You guys have been cool. <3
You're a sick sick puppy Grim, runnin' with 4 topped off warlocks. I hope you're designating open radiation fields with warning signs or sumthin'.

<p><b>grimgolem2 err frankly you should burn in hell BOTTER !</b></p><p>but anyway ....</p><p>Paladins get Amends which is simply an uber hate transfer that you simply would put on one of the warlocks.</p><p>With 4 warlocks you will be very very strong against groups of mobs but the single tough nameds you would probably be better off with wizards.</p><p>Depends how your intending to play and what you want to kill.</p><p> To be honest if you want to boring farm plat , simply copy the bot groups on your server , slaughter the goblins or whatever.</p><p>However if your going to play properly and farm the instance zones each day then maybe Paladin / Fury and 4 warlocks would work well.</p><p>A fully run group of 4 warlocks and a fury and paladin would be extremely powerful but the catch is without cheating you simply will not have the warlocks running at full effect or even anything close so on single tough targets I think you will find it very hard.</p>

On the Bazaar server, anything goes. If you aren't plat farming, you probably aren't playing correctly. If I was out there to earn real-world cash, I'd do whatever possible at my disposal - especially if it is the whole purpose of the server.Pick Any tank you like. The agro will be bouncing off all the warlocks - and the mobs will be dead before any particular warlock gets more than 2 hits. SK is a good choice because he can FD any warlock near death, and their debuffs stack. Death March is also a great buff for warlocks.Just limit your targets at blue and below unless multiple people are playing - it would be difficult to 6-box a place like Unrest or CMM <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />agressiv

<p>"the goblins" i mentioned are in pillars of flames.</p><p>becasue you play on the bazaar they are almost certainly camped 24/7 already.</p><p>Basically there mostly solo mobs that spawn nameds every so many clears there Tier 6 so very easy to kill for lvl 70 groups and with the right group can be absolutely slaughtered non stop.</p><p>Just in corpse drops you can make fairly large sums of plat, It is however mind numbingly boring.</p>
