Gear for those in-btween levels?

<p> My bruiser is level 60 now on PVP server, and still wearing MC T6 armor and jewelry.</p><p>Is there any gear or places that drop good gear for those in-between levels of when MC gear is practically worthless, and you reach the next tier of MC? like upper 50s to low 60s?
