I just realized today, while crafting some Adept IIIs for my Transmuter to munge, that I wasn't getting any dust byproduct from any of them! I checked the recipes, and dust byproduct is no longer listed for any of my Alchemist Adept III recipes, in any tier. Sage and Jeweler also appear to be missing them now.

Am I missing something obvious? Some change go into effect that I didn't read about?

did you craft them all the way to pristine?

Yup. It's just that the dust isn't a byproduct of these recipes anymore. Simple as that. I make any of them to pristine, no dust. And the dust isn't listed in the recipe examine window as a byproduct anymore.

Ah, okay. It's a specific recipe. Condeming Smite, a lvl 1 recipe, was not yeilding dust for some reason, but I just tried another one, and it yeilded dust just fine. But I wonder why the dusts aren't listed on the recipes as a byproduct. I could have sworn they were...

Have you checked Disha isn't making them in to magical soup? They should still be there on all spells, but if you didn't get any for some, /bug the recipe names and QA can check it out.

lol, magical soup?! XD

It was just that one recipe afaik. I've bugged it.

Perhaps they aren't listed on the recipes as byproducts when you examine them because what's shown by default is the second quality level results, which wouldn't yeild dust at all on an Adept III. Have to get third quality level or better, right?

Probably this one recipe was missed somehow when dusts were adjusted. Should be an easy fix. And never trust a ratonga with a big spoon ...

I might be drinking my bathwater (as halflings are known to sometimes do), but I think this changed when the recipes started showing which adventure class the spell or combat art is for. Before it would show the pic of the rune or scroll and then underneath a pic of the dust, but since that change I think it has shown the rune or scroll and then underneath a line with the list of classes said scroll/rune is for.
