Greetings, I think my post was deleted long ago in the forum merge, well. I am writing about my character since I created him (2004), however I don't post here but in a blog on myspace. I was worried that SOE would censure or delete my posts since of mature content or that a bug will happen and everything will be lost. Didn't want to take the risk so I created a blog on myspace. For those of you interested, there are more than 300 blogs there and more to come. I update it frequently. You will need to go reverse and read the older one if you want to understand the story, hope you enjoy it.http://myspace.com/alakClick on the blog, you are welcome to send comments.

Just a sugestion would be to post it anyway in both places. I myself maintain my posts on here and also on my personal website. Just throwing a link up makes me warry to be honest.

If you post here, your language will be censored. But so long as you add to the title that your story contains mature themes and is not TOO far off the deep end i doubt it will be deleted. Now as an author and avid reader of these forums if your story is so grotesque that it needs to be taken off then it's not really something that I'm going to waste my time on. But then again Both Ekuthh and I have mature themes in our storylines and they have not been removed.

I'm gonna agree w/ Niko (gosh it scares me when I do that). Quite a few of us check the forums from work computers. Often corporate networks get very /twitchy at myspace, facebook, youtube, etc.

Usually as long as you aren't going for the shock value of what my kids call 'bad words,' the monitors don't bother us too much. The thread has a rep of being 'well behaved,' so the mods mostly let the language filter keep us under control. I think we've managed to write stories about an interesting variety of adult topics, but the only 'rules' we have really set (for ourselves) are figure out how to write it w/o the filter going completely nuts and throw a "Adult" or "Mature" in the title so folks know ahead of time.

If you are not interested to read, then don't. SOE forum is so buggy, that I choose to post my stories elsewhere long ago and for more freedom. If myspace scares you, just don't click, ya know.

But for me if you post it here I'll give it look. And there is no reason not to unless it's TOO dark, and as i stated if it's too dark I'm not intrested.

Dark or not, as he said, there are over 300 entries already there, why spend hours cutting and pasting? And if you're at work and are worried about work blocking sites, should you really be on an MMO game forum during work hours anyway?

edit: Can't let any of this bother me anyway, I have neither the time nor the energy to break into another clique.

It's the story of a dark elf, there is no pink bunny in it, but each its own style, that I understand.
