Tinkered charm change?

<p>Why make tinkerers useless on PvP servers?  Its useable only on players 65 and under.  Instead of making it completely unusable make the duration more in line with the other charms in the game.</p><p>If this goes through, that another useless tinkered item on PvP servers.</p>

<p>Have you seen the amount of complaints about this stuff on PVP forum?Besides, these items provided 10x times better charm than coercers have.</p><p>/applauds to this fix</p>
