Hello everyone.I use to play Everquest and Everquest 2 before World of Warcraft came to my attention and grabbed me. But I recently got bored of WoW and decided that I would go back to Everquest 2. I tried installing Everquest2 with the original CDs and for some odd reason my CD-Rom drive would not read the CD's but it reads EQ1 CD's and everyother game I have. So I figured something was wrong with the CD ( scratches etc. ) I recently bought the downloadable version of EQ2 and everything went smooth. The game is installed and I was happy. Untill i've been sitting for a day not being able to play. I double click the EQ2 Icon to load the launchpad. I haven't seen that launchpad yet... Each time the "Processing files", "Scanning for updates", "connecting" Take about a hour for each one which never happened before. and when I get to "Scanning Files" I get a Network Error saying "The Station Launchpad is unable to connect to the network at this time. Please try again in a few minutes." So I tried and I tried. Constantly failing. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem?I have internet working. I check AIM During the process and stay online when it says the Network Error.psThis also happened with the Free Trial version.Any advise would be great.Thank you for your time.
