Application Failed

Hey umm I am having an big problem.When I log into EQ2 then I get the to point to choose which character to log on by the scroll down list and click PLAY it sometimes comes up with this message "Application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005)."My response is the restart computer and try again but sometimes that doesn't work.Can anyone help me out this is getting rather annoying.

Make sure your vcard driver and sound driver are up to date
