SOE Billing Department Contact Info?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm having a really difficult time cancelling my account. I've tried doing it via the "My Account" page, going to "My Subscriptions" and clicking the "view/edit" button, but that sends me to: <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/station/posts/list.m?topic_id=11500004187�" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/stat...mp;#11500039521</a>Next, I went to the Help section (http://www.station.sony.com/support/), clicked on "<a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Account/Billing and Tech Support</a>" and tried to enter Chat Support, but both the Chat Support and Email Support buttons gave me security warnings about mismatched security certificates. It's entirely possible the certificates are fine and my system is just being cautious, but I'd rather just cancel by phone at this point. Which brings me to the reason for this post: what is the phone contact information for the SOE billing department? There's so much information out there that I'm having a difficult time finding what I need to get this taken care of. Thanks much.
