Legends of Norrath Stein recipe

Apparently the set of Legends of Norrath in game items includes a recipe to craft steins that teleport you to bars.  Does anyone know if this recipe is like others in that you can craft an unlimited number of steins, or can you only craft 2 of them as the description in eq2players seems to suggest?
