College Campus - Serious lag only on certain parts of zones?

Hello,Like the title says I recently began dorming at my college campus.And while eq2 runs fine outside of raidzones, and even inside raidzones. Some fights in the raidzones cause severe network lag.. But it really isn't lag?.I will give an example.I'll be running my Templar in Freethinkers Hideout, All mobs will be fine, no lag.. But then We will approach Treyloth, and suddenly I will begin to seem like I'm lagging ( Spells not firing, people running around slow, chat not going through, tells etc. ) But in reality, All of my spells are firing, and my chat is going through because other people see it, Just I don't because I'm in what appears to be lag.I then launched a 2nd client of EQ2 with my 2nd account, while this was occurring. And that client was in Barren Sky, He had no lag once so ever, And everything was fine. Yet when I tabbed over to the client in Freethinkers, He was still lagging..It's almost like I'm sending massive unndeeded packets to the server and they are receiving only some?I'm not sure,I'm on a seperate router in my dorm too, Could that be a problem?Thanks.
