Weapon Mastery glitch?

<p>I respecced both of my AA lines, and got Weapon Mastery (I should get my Chieftain title back after one more quest). My question is this: Is the ghost wolf pet supposed to remain at triple-minus strength, even after the "enchancement" to it from weapon mastery? Is this bugged or working as intended? What is the enhancement? Seems vague.</p><p> Or is it a bug because I got an enhancement to the pet before the pet was even unlocked?</p>

It appears bugged. This has been a constant source of frustration for a lot of people due to no developer input on its currently bugged state. We really have no idea when this will be corrected or if anyone is looking into the issue at all to be honest
