<p>Hi everyone!</p><p>Well it's been a long couple of months for me, during which I took a small break from EQ2 because of r/t stuff. About four weeks ago I sprained my ankle really bad while I was at work and I've been home ever since with another three weeks to go before the doctor can tell me whether or not I can go back to work. </p><p>Last week I got back into playing EQ2 while I've been at home and I went from level 46 to level 51 in about four days. Five levels in four days. Not too bad. I'm kind of hoping I might be able to reach level 70 by the time I have to go back to work. Possible? For me right now, probably since I can't do much else. </p><p>I did the carpet quest in SS and did a few other odds and ends quests and some grouping, including a group in Ancient's Table. I was utterly useless in that zone at level 50. Every spell missed and I don't think I did much damage at all, if any. </p><p>So the point of the post...now that I'll have to buy my own skills when I level, is it worth it to invest in master level skills or should I stick with adept 3's and only worry about masters between 60-70? I have a few masters now above the ones you get to pick automatically. A couple of them I bought and some of them were drops that I got. My worry is buying a master in something that's only going to get upgraded in a few levels. </p><p>The other thing is armor. I sort of had a mixed bag of gear at the moment and nothing quite matches but I'm working on getting my strength up as much as possible, so I try to make sure every piece of gear I have has some sort of strength stat added to it. My current strength at level 51, unbuffed, is 287. That's with full AA's in the str branch of the predator tree. Is that good at level 51 or could I do better? I don't go on raids or anything, for obvious reasons. You don't see many T5 raids around. Most of the instances and zones I've been to all drop pretty nice stuff, but I haven't found much scout gear that I can actually use. I'm just kind of trying to get a general idea of where I should be at concerning stats, gear and skills at my level, and what I should be working toward, as I level up. </p><p>Input is very much appreciated!</p>
