Its ridiculas how much people res zerg these days during pvp id say 90% of most fights break out on cloud pads and zone lines which seem to also be revive points so on a group vs group fights you have players that are constantly reviving and getting straight back into the fight making it impossible to beat them basically they keep reviving and fighting until your out of power then they get there fame and tokens theres really no way to avoid this or get out of it ... Theres a simple solution to end this and im hoping its in the next big live update basically what needs to be done is make it so you can no longer click the revive button while you group is in pvp combat unless otherwise revived by a priest just a thought and would make pvp so much more fun.

Might wanna put some punctuation in there, hard to read and see what your ideas are.

And I'm breathless just reading it.

Actualy I think that would be a good idea. Make it so that no one can revive until last member of your group is dead. But of course make it so that you can be revived during combat by priest/bard (and whoever else can revive) But no using the revive healer items like feathers or shards. If your down, your down for the count.

There is huge potential for griefing and buggy-ness with this idea, and any system which takes people out of the game for potentially long periods of time will not work well.Under such a system, it might be more effective to go LD if you die, which will force you out of the group. I would assume you could revive if you weren't grouped?

Even simpler.

You have been killed in PVP!

                                                    Revive in

                                                        1 min. 30 sec. timer

Unless revived in group or by a healer. 90 seconds should be plenty of time. Also, revive sickness wouldn't be needed if a player had to wait 90 seconds before reviving.

A timer wouldn't be a bad idea. I'd also add more revive points, and prohibit reviving at the one closest to where you died. This takes people away from the battle, but not completely out of the game.

I could post this on about 8000 threads, but I just don't have the energy for it, so I'll just ask here:

Wht does this have to do with feedback of features currently IN TESTING? This isn't the "ask for changes here" forum, is it?

As others have mentioned, the In Testing Feedback Forum is intended for discussion of new features and content currently being evaluated on the Test server. This forum is not really intended for things you would like to see changed. In the case of this thread, the more appropriate place would probably be the PvP Discussion Forum, though please look to make sure this subject is not already being discussed before starting a new thread.
