Purchased EOF but cannot play as new races

Not sure why this is happening, but when I got to create a new character the fae are blocked out and it's impossible for me to create one.  Not sure why this is since I've purchased EOF.  I haven't played the game in about a year so I'm a bit cloudy on some things.  Thanks in advance for any input.

If station pre-order go back and verify that the charge was actually applied to the billing method that you have selected</p><p>3. if purchase retail did you enter the cd-key for the expansion to your account</p><p>You will need to contact customer support for any other assistance - either via the phone or live chat - live chat is available via the Searcht he knowldge base link, then chat support tab - hours for both Live chat and phone support are Mon-Fri 10AM to 7PM pacific - adjust for your time zone.</p>
