Problem with Duel Wielding Weapons

<p>I bought two duel-wielding weapons, but it will only let me equip one at a time.  They are both just under my current adventure level and it says they can be used by a mage.  Both weapons have "duel-wielding" on them.  I even tried buying two of the exact same weapon thinking they had to be alike to use them together.  What am I doing wrong?</p>

You cannot Dual Wield weapons if you are a Crusader, Priest, or Mage.  If you are one of these 3, then you will not be able to Dual Wield, thus that is your problem.

Then why the heck does a duel-wielding weapon say that it can be used by a mage?

It can be used by a mage as a one-handed weapon.  It's marked that way to give you more *options* on your weapon selection.
