patch 8/23/2007 help

I load eq2, I log on, I get to the eq2 echo of fay screen, Login Rejected: the client's version does not match the server's. Please re-run the patcher. I have re-run the patcher 5 times. ran the advanced twice and I have NO custom UI's. there are 180 people in the chat but it's moderated so I am assuming more people are having the same problem. HELP please
