/bump

I recently came back to EQ2 (two weeks ago.) I played EQ1 for a few years. I went to play WoW (with quite a few others) when it came out because it ran on a Mac. One of the biggest things I noticed from Blizzard is that they did a decent job of letting the player base know when the servers were down and when they will come up. I have since burned out on WoW and I am looking for a deeper PVE experience. EQ2 has a lot of things there I like. However, I am seeing an issue I saw those years ago. Poor communication with customer base around realm stability. Given that WoW is continuing to kick your butts in the market (I work in the industry and I know), I would expect you to have better customer service and to try harder.

Regards,
