SOE games on college network?

Hope you guys can help, although I know each school is different. I have my laptop connected to the internet and it runs great. The issue is none of my SOE games work. Whenever I try to play VG/EQ2, it stalls at the "Connecting" step of the launcher and eventually comes with the "Launcher could not connect at this time" error.Is there any advice you guys can give me or am I going to have to contact tech support here? Thanks.

<p>sounds like you have a problem with your firewall or router. Try excluding the games from being blocked, if that doesn't help contact the people there.</p>
