Hypnosis bugged?

<p>Why does hypnosis only work when you are fighting?</p><p>Is this intentional or a bug, sometimes I click Hypnosis and it does nothing... sometimes you get a message saying "Certain enemies cannot be charmed.." but sometimes it just does nothing with no message in ANY chat channel saying why it wont charm.</p><p>It works every time in combat though. When not in combat it just seems bugged. </p><p>I think the ability is pretty useless anyway, arent you supposed to be able to single pull mobs with it ?</p>

Aye. Sony did something on a recent update without making note of it. I used to be able to use Hypnosis as a pulling tool, but I cannot do it any longer. You can only use it once the enemy has you on their hate list now. So, we now have a near useless end-line ability converted into an almost completely useless one. Sucks. For some reason, I keep forgetting to /bug it ingame.
