Can A Shadowknight Solo the Nest?

Can a SK solo the entire nest including the last boss? Thanks

Have not tried recently.  But power on the last boss was a issue before.  Guess if you used power roots or the Innouruk power miracle would be pretty easy.

I havent even tried myself, but i read that a good strategy would be to kill the pet first then FD and take him out after. But I still think it would take some pretty good gear and a whole lot of luck to do it.

Maybe if the SK were wearing all fabled, had all masters, an outstanding weapon, and some miracles/potions/totems/items to help out.

I did it yesterday, just use a Miracle on Chamberlain X'Haviz.

<p>Depends on the Altar you have...but my Top tier Miracles are around 1300 to 1500 Favor. For T7 treasured items to lesser legendary items I get around 130 to 365 Favor sacrificing them....whereas they sell to the vendor for around 4 gold to 13 gold (avg around 7-9). Even if only 1 master drops through the run (more often off the Chamberlain)...but I've had 3 drop over the run before....usually the <b>worst</b> one sells for 1.5 to 2.5 plat. Some can go 4 to 12 (or more if you get a really hot one). I find it's worth using a Miracle for that chance. Even if you have a bad run, you still get the treasured/legendary that drops from the named on the way up...pretty much offsets the favor cost (plus adepts and trash loot over the run).</p><p>I have been duoing the Nest with either an Assassin or a Necro lately though....it's super fast and I don't waste god favor. 50-50 chance on any master and we're done in no time <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Don't even need to us Touch or Divine Aura duoing. Last night with the assasin...Chamberlin died so fast I don't even think I had to use more than a blessing once, a couple fetid Smites and some Putrid Coils. The assassin parsed around 1800 and me around 550 only that time. Quick and easy.</p>

Top geared SKs won't need any "special stuff" in that zone either actually. The cost of one is more than offset with even 1 master drop though....and often offset even without one.

<p>Hard to say why. Last 2 times I went through Duo (both were this week)....once was with a Necro once with an Assassin. </p><p>Master dropped with the Necro...was a semi tough fight but the Necro got killed mid-fight from AOE (he was low in resists).....so I finished off the Chamberlain alone. </p><p>With the assassin Duo....my health never even moved. No master dropped....won the Gloves though.</p><p>Neither fight needed any special extras....on the assassin fight, didn't even use Touch or DA.</p><p>Soloing the Chamberlain is very tough for SKs, but can be done.....duoing is extremely doable, healer or no. The variables are always there though so hard to say why some have trouble and others no. Bad luck RNG, lower resists, bad timing on stuns, diff gear/spell qualities?....dunno.</p>

Everything in Nest Besides Chamberlain and Kettler Can be done with regular Gear.. Its a nice zone to try out new things and get things down solo.. If you fail the first times just pick up and try a different strat though once you have it down you will be fine.I'm full Offensive Specced, Gear and all. But i dont see how it would be to hard for medium geared/specced sk to go through... Kettler Is the first real hard hitting Named in there.. I Havent Defeated him without a maricle... Offensive wise need him dead in under a minute. Or I do keep a suit of tank gear, But normally run out of mana on him, but he never gets me past green till OOM ;/...Chamberlain Is much harder, Realy do to the spike damage hits he pulls off.. again Tank gear I keep at yellow in health till oom pretty fine. though offensively to much damage he does off i normally get him to 50-40percent left in health. (no maricles, wont waste them unless i know it will directly succed) But Stop farming zone just for those two is silly, just kill everything else and your fine. Most the time a guildie is on and will dou the chamberlain easy since he only thing left in zone.

Firstly that was what "I" Needed  .. not you.. Secondly Comparison wise your misseing alot on stats and doing the wrong mob, the Mob that you did do is not that hard.. and quite frankly does a bit more Damage in  the beginning rounds then the chamberlain.. thoug h tap veins works  wonders.... With your setup, make sure your doing correct chain casting line and keep blessings up. But compareing Me to you is way off balance.. What miracles do you suggest of using ? my sk's deity is chaciz-thule (sp?)

Get reaver. Use potions. Also notice your mana sieve isnt greyed out. it should always be greyed out, same with blessing and siphon str and despoil. Pull with a hex doll.No reason any sk with at least mastercrafted/legendary shouldnt be able to solo the entire zone. I was doing it before eof. <p>The lvl 52 Guild Signets work wonders too on those mana intensive fights....[Signet of Replenishment], [Signet of Ethereal Form], etc...</p>
