sow?

I have just made a warden, at what lvl do you get sow? and how manyy AA does it take to have it at 45%, also what AA line has the 45%, i have a lvl 6 warden so I cannot see the AA tree's, thank you.

You get Spirit of Wolf at level 13.  It takes 8 points to reach the highest level (45% run speed, 45 min duration), 3 points in the prerequisite in the Movement Line (First line in EoF tree) and 5 points in SoW.  Sow will also stack with Jboots (Heritage quest, +10% run speed boots) and the Fae / Arasai racial bonus (+5%).

Don't forget Heirophant's Movement AA'a (5%) and also Fae/Arasai Travel form (5%).
