If you're duoing your 2-boxed toons, I'd say warden, because of their buffs and healing power, not to mention they have good dps for a healer class. A fury has better dps, but a tad less healing power, and their buffs don't help you as much. Also, if you use a fury to dps, you'll have a lot more issues holding groups of mobs opposed to single mobs, which wardens do about the same dps on anyways (except when a fury is specced fully for dps and has their vortex running, which increases nuke damage 40%). An inquisitor damage specced also serves well. If you're just going to be 2-boxing to front groups with their core, and will have outside dps, pick any class healer you want, dig through the healer forums and look at the duoing questions there as well as how people enjoy playing them.

Hmmm, I was really kinda thinkin about xboxin a temp and a guard, for RP stuff. But am afraid that EQ3 or 4 will be out b4 i get to lvl 70 do to the lack of firepower. But, on the other hand i prolly be able to outlast any mob because of the great and powerful defensive abilitys they get. I think i was spoiled when i 2 boxed a fury/swashface to 48 in almost record time.

I would choose a fury any day, for various reasons _ Buffs Agitate is just too sweet _ Travelling Grp Invis and Ports help alot _ Leather Armor Much cheaper to get mastercrafted leather armor for a druid than xegonites for cleric/shaman _ DPS Once you learned to roll with it, Furies can do very nice dps. If you have a defensive tank, pair it with an offensive healer

I 2boxed(on the same computer) a defiler just as a mentor target to help my guard finish off his AAs. It worked well enough and the defiler hit 48th level by the time I finished my AAs. The defiler worked well for me but my guard is wearing T7 fabled and is DPS specced for MTing. Defilers are very low maintenance so they are great if you can't do the two windowed instances(IMO the easiest way to 2box). The best thing is that I now have a 48th level defiler that is still wearing some gear from the newbie isle since I only outfitted him with gear that dropped.

I think I may do a fury next to help my alt with AA.

I have both a Templar and a Mystic that I box with my Guardian. I prefer my Mystic over the Templar. I can usually stack up the wards and not have to bother with the mystic anymore. On a bad pull or one with lots of mobs I can also use oberon and still not worry about working the mystic as I keep control with the guardian.

I decided to go with a templar, it is long fights but the templar makes my guardian look like a beast. And if i can find a dps to group with my reactives that i can heal fairly well. Mitigating like 58% of everything and avoiding 46% is pretty nice. I had a fury that i 2 box with my washy so i didnt really want to roll another one of those. :-S They have lvled about the fastest of any toons ive ever rolled. But the Temp/guard is quite fun in its own little way. Thanks for all yer imput.

They have the fastest casting, and often I'm not paying that much attention so I need heals NOW when I finally get to them. Other classes have bigger ones, but longer cast timers.I also found an SK a much easier fighter to box than a guardian, they rarely really need help and once engaged, there's plenty of time to start nuking while waiting on the SK's refresh timers. When adding in a wizard though, the guard's much more reliable in keeping the cloth off the floor.
