I used to play EverQuest II in my old PC.

Now I upgraded to a much better PC (a SONY VAIO, btw), but the game runs very very slow, too low FPS to play. It has to be something wrong. Everything was upgraded, and I now use Windows Vista.

All the configurations of this new PC are better then the older one, but I still can't run the game with lowest graphics.

Here are your two biggest issues:

Hard Disk: 200GB Sata 4200RPM

Placa de Vídeo: Intel Mobile 965 Express (386MB)

The on-board video controller is not supported and I am surprised your even able to play the game. The 4200rpm hard drive is extremely slow and would be most noticeable when zoning and initially loading up the game.
