Kelethin Level 20-30 Armor Quests

<p>Are there any sort of armor quests for level 20-30 residents of Kelethin like there is for Qeynos and Freeport?  If so, what is the name of the NPC I need to talk to?</p><p> Trying to outfit my dirge with some better equipment!</p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Jorey</p>

They currently don't have one. You will have to journey to Qeynos and speak with Ian in Qeynos Harbor.
