Update your Customer Service Phone Number, it's not in service

I attempted to call your customer service phone number so I can reset my account security question, the number that is listed is 858-537-0898.  This phone number is not in service.  This is the phone number you have listed on multiple web pages.  I am trying to cancel my account and cannot do so because I cannot contact the support.  I have read all the FAQ's.  Contacting your support should be EASY, not herculean.  Can you please give me the Customer Support phone number so I can contact them and reset my security question in order to cancel my subscription?

Furthermore, I attempt to use the Contact SOE button on the bottom of this webpage and I go to a site that lists your SOE Customer Support Chat hours as opening at 7am Pacific time, that would make it open at 10a Eastern time.  It is now 12:00pm eastern, 9am Pacific, your web page notified me that Chat support is not available at this time.  This is really darkening my experience with SOE as a paying customer.
