My girlfriend and I are both returning to EQ2 after a year or so of being away. Before we quit, she was having the issue of not being able to receive mail because others said her box was full. She emptied her box completely, but still said it was full. We both clean reinstalled the game recently, and a year later, her mailbox still reads full when I try to send her a mail. Now mine is starting to do the same thing. I received some items from a friend earlier. He was trying to send me 5 items. He only got 2 items sent then it said my mailbox was full. I only had the 2 items that he had sent in my box. What can we do to fix this? Were both running clean installs of KOS and desert of flames. Thanks.

Spam tabs for me were empty for me. I suspect she probably checked hers as well. We'll look when I get home from work. Any other suggestions?

That sounds like an odd problem. You may have to check with a GM in game, to have them verify your mail box's size. Perhaps your mail box was full of spam at one time, and the server had an error resetting your mail box capacity during a weekly trash dump. I dont really know. A GM will be able to help you though. That error sounds like it is server related, which no amount of our hammering on your computer with rocks could fix. If they cannot help you, then you may need to make a new character, but id put that at the top of the list of the list of lowest-likely-solutions. Be sure to cruise the search menu for the tech forms, and see if anyone else had a simliar problem.

Okay, I figured we'd have to contact a GM with the problem. I was just hoping that something could be done on my end, but I guess there's not much else I can do. Thanks for the advice.

OK, this an old thread but I thought I'd post here in case someone else does a search. I had the same problem so I completely emptied both parties mailboxes and then it worked fine. Presumably this was not coincidence.
