Someone please fix the Magazine and Beta signup Geesh

I live in the USA and yet everytime I try and sign up I get to the shipping page and they want me to check the extra $4.90 charge for British mail. Excuse me, but Washington state is still in the USA. This is getting annoying. Please fix.

Hi... the magazine is being shipped FROM the UK.  Hence the charge.

<p>To be honest I would say 4.90 isnt bad at all considering its coming from the UK, now, me, I live in the UK and they still want to charge me that where I know that it wont cost more than £1 to mail it to me, but, meh, nevermind (still havent decided whether to order it or not).</p>
