Can change our Hair Color?

Is there a quest to change the way we look?  Or can you buy hair dye?

Its called a barber, which are located in every city. Just spend a few coin and you can change your appearence.

I dont mean to derail the topic, its partly on topic though <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I went to the barber the other day to change my hair cut and it wouldnt let me purchase one, as it said I recently purchased aready. I had purchased one on a diff character like over 2 months ago and used it. Surely this is bugged? Is there a huge timer on this? 1 per ALL of your characters per x amount of months?

Is there a huge timer on this? 1 per ALL of your characters per x amount of months? </blockquote>What this error generally means is that you still have a "free" appearance change available.  This can only be accessed from the character select screen, though, not the barber.  Try camping to character select and see if there's a "change appearance" button on your character.  If so (and I'll bet it's there) then use that for your 1st change.  You will then be able to use the barber for any future changes.
