Nektulos forest is bugged beyond belief (for me and me only. Pictures included)

I recently started playing and am having a great time except for nektulos.  This zone is bugged so severely is almost entirely unplayable for me.  I shall outline the problems I have, and what I've done on my end to try to solve them. 1.  Portions of the ground, yes the ground, are missing.  Specifically the pathway leading from the docks has an impassable chunk of ground gone.  If I try to go through I fall into a void and eventually am teleported to the safe zone by commonlands.  The screen also goes black sometimes, but I can still see chat etc. 2.  The griffon towers are non-existant.  The griffons and tamers are there, and I see people running up into the sky and riding away, but I can't get there. 3.  The docks are useless.  I fall through the boat.  None of the bells are clickable, none of the npcs are clickable, npcs spontaneously disappear and reappear.  Also, other characters cannot see me, but can see my pet. I also have missing griffon towers in Thundering Steppes, and missing ground, but the bells work there at least. I have: 1.  Updated my graphics drivers to Forceware version 162.18. 2.  I have run a complete file scan multiple times. 3.  I have deleted all the nektulos.nek files and watched them redownload from the patcher.  No effect. Go to the pak folder and delete the nektulos.vpk or whatever its called. Full file scan and then try.

<p>If you are still having problems, please see the post named "missing world geometry" in the tech help section. This issue is being discussed there, and as Josgar said, replacing your vpk files may work.  <strike>Either delete them</strike>, or download them from someone else.</p><p>Edit 1 :  Deleting some of these files, may cause the game to be unplayable.  Please refer to "missing world geometry" for a finalized solution, when I can find one.</p>

I pulled out all the Nektulos files from eq2 and ran a full scan, but the scanner didn't see the missing files, so now when i log in i get an error, saying that it cant find the files...., how do you get the full scan to do a full scan ??
