Swarthy Disorder, Ignorant Bliss, Avoid Censure

<p>Does using ignorant bliss or avoid censure decrease the amount of hate being transferred through Swarthy Disorde?</p><p>i.e. do hate reducers come off the top before Swarthy Disorder takes effect or or does Swarthy Disorder transfer hate and then hate reducers only apply to wahts left after transfer?</p>

...as long as the tank takes and keeps more of the overall aggro than you do.......does it really matter?

<p>no.</p><p>its kinda like this...</p><p>any hate u generate is simultaneously transfered to tank, once its transfered its transfered, ur deaggros only affect ur current hate amount. so basically u xfer full amount plus u proc urs lower. the only thing that would affect hate xfer would be something like the ranger buff that decreases the amount of hate u generate, hence less would be xfered</p>

I always figured the hate transferred, then when something procs such as ignorrant bliss and avoid censure then it applied to my accumulated hate same as when using elude and hideaway.</p>

Yes, hate is transferred to the target as you generate it. You take xxx action for 1000 hate, 180 of it goes to the target, you keep 820, and have your chance to dump a portion of that hate using elude/hideaway/censure/bliss.
