I am considering ordering the ad3 for this spell in advance but am a little unclear as to the effects. Spell description for Adept 1 version includes; Seizing Brambles(41) Snares and stifles all enemies near the fury and reduces their hate towards the fury. Any hostile actions taken on them have a chance at breaking this effect. decreases threat by 1424. slows caster by 42%. 10% chance to dispel when target takes damage. 1) Now as far as I can see this is our class 'get off me' and de-aggro skill, but from the description its not clear whether its just the snare that dispels on damage or the de-aggro effect as well. My playstyle doesn't really need snares much but I would love the deaggro in groups provided it doesn't get dispelled by other peoples damage. 2) slows caster by 42%, does this mean all my casting will be slowed or is it referring to the mobs casting ? Thanks in advance

The deaggro is instant, so it won't get dispelled. Once you cast it, 99% of the time the mobs turn their attention away from you.

It's a stifle/snare. No negative effects on you. Any hostile casts on the mobs have a chance to break the snare/stifle, but personally I don't use it for that purpose - I use it as an "AHHH GET IT OFF" spell. The stifle is just gravy.

Also, personally, at lower levels I don't see the need to have the quality greater than adept 1. More often than not, the hate reduction at adept 1 is sufficient enough to save your butt and turn the mobs' attentions elsewhere.
