Getting Login Rejected while zoning

Ever since an update, about one in every 5 or 6 zoning events I get a "Login Rejected; invalid username or password". Once, it happened to pretty much every one in our group zoning into Forsaken City in a 10 minute peroid. agressiv

I, too, have been getting this every time I play.  My daughter gets it as well.  It's been since the last major update (not the hotfixes).
