One of my character's is missing from select screen after last update.

I am missing one of my character from the character select screen.  I did not delete my character, but it has simply vanished.  how do I go about having it restored?  What happened?

I've had that happen quite a few times, I either log-in on another toon & then use, "/camp <insert missing toon name>" or I logout to character select after logging in on another toon & it usually is back & selectable.  Just seems to be a very minor glitch. If this is your only toon use the create toon function & try the above steps as well.

If from the drop down box, go to the character select via the PLAY button and verify the character is still there, if it is select it and enter the world, then go back and check the drop down box, if it is missing from the full character select screen then you need to /petition in game to have the GM's deal with it

Yup, it's missing from the select screen.  I'll petition in-game.  It's a shame I can't get a response from an admin or someone in support on here.

Try logging into another character and use /Camp charactername If this works check you don't have too many characters. For example, if you have recently cancelled Station Access and had 8 characters, only 7 would be visable on the character select screen as non-station access accounts can only have 7 characters.

The forum here is for client hardware/software issues</p><p>Is it possible the missing character is on the test server or on a different region server? Like US or European?</p>
