Symbol of Mystic Etchings FTL

I don't know if this has been brought up to SOE before, but I have been /petitioning and /feedbacking for the past couple of days to allow the Symbol of Mystic Etchings to be equipped in the Ranged slot. Given that Crusaders (and I can't help but feel that this is a Crusader inclined item) are no longer benefited to using symbols in the off-hand, I can't help but feel this item to be almost useless. If I'm a total noob and am not thinking of a more proper way of using this item or if you feel the same way as I do, please submit your opinion in the appropriate manner.

I agree totally. I'll join you in the petitioning and feedbacks. With the given stats it is IMO more designed for a crusader as well.

<p>Not only for Sks but do to the changes in the AAs for healers that is good for them also.  An inquis/templar swinging there big [Removed for Content] hammer with 100% melee crits and double attack.  Even a melee specked warden/fury would abuse the hell out of that.</p><p>I find it bad that in order to benefit from our melee you need to compleatly loose our spell dmg.  Other classes benefit from the melee spec where as we dont.</p><p>BTW nice item</p>
