View Full Version : I have seen in the past coercers with giant pets....
I've seen coercers turn their current pet to gargantuan size in the past. I thought it might have been a fun spell or something, but I can't seem to find anything on it. Is this an ability that was taken away or one which requires a specific add-on?

Charm a Sand Giant, or one of those HUGE beetles in SS.

Cast Ratonga or Troll illusion on ypur pet.

Et voila: 50' rat.

Thanks. That works well. It's very fun to play with and my daughter loves watching.

Somewhere there must be a scale variable in the mobs data .. Even a normal sized creature can sometimes be big when you illusion them. I often use illusions on my pets just to keep better track of adds during a fight.

For fun some stuff shrints too, the Healer ghost dog will tun to abotu a 1 inch ratonga. And the cloud type mob by OOB turns pretty big not 50 ft but still big.. and making them dance is oh so much fun... stupid fluff spells.

Yes I have deffinately found its due to a scaleing issue of the original mob. So if you want a huge ratonga or troll just find a pet that is large for its paticular type, also just because the non illusioned creature is big doesn't mean it will be afterwords. Like the oversized beetles. A lot of it is trial and error but some things you can just look at and know. Conjurer rock pet produces a very small ratonga or troll. My guess is because the original rock elemental appearance is very small for that model compared to say the same model walking around outside fallen gate.

look at the size of the con circle underneath a mob when you target it. the bigger the circle, the bigger the troll will be.
